How old is alison keenan qvc presenter

I have recently completed writing a six episode returnable TV series, and also a prime time two hour drama for TV. A play for Radio is in the offing too. If you are interested in any of these projects, please contact me. Regular work for me now is with QVC the Shopping Channel, where I present and sell many things, including beauty products, electronics, jewellery and fashion.

I am married, have three grown up children and one granddaughter, and whenever we can, we spend as much time together as possible.

I enjoy reading, visiting the theatre, eating out, and relaxing - preferably somewhere warm and sunny! For exercise, I try to walk at least three times a week, and have just taken up Pilates. Their format was the perfect learning ground for me, and taught me all I needed to know about live studio practice, discipline and working to time. There, she handled administrative duties and assisted with scheduling. It was her first glimpse into the inner workings of how companies interact with the public.

After her work with the book publisher, Alison moved on and worked briefly as an account executive for private clients before deciding to return to college. During her time in school, she began doing voice-overs for a local radio station.

As her popularity rose on various radio stations, Keenan decided to transition to TV. But I also feel cheated — breast cancer robs you of so much — and because the tamoxifen I take is there to block the effects of oestrogen my libido has been affected, not just by my insecurity but also by this loss of femininity.

And as soon as I stepped back into the Great Hall the memories came flooding back. For me the afternoon show was a tad more nerve-wracking as most of us had never dressed up and walked out in front of an audience before.

But the evening performance was unbelievable. My children my partner and my closest friends were all sitting at the end of the catwalk, so when I dared to look ahead I saw them. Tears were pouring down my son Jack's face, although he was smiling and there were whistles, cheering and clapping from the rest of the table. These were the people who had got me through the previous two years and it meant the world to have them there. I think the most overwhelming feeling of all was one of relief that I now had hair, eyebrows and lashes, confidence, happiness and hopefully good health.

And possibly the overriding memory is of the incredible support love and energy that the audience gave us. Visit Alison Keenan's website. When she was eventually diagnosed, she worried it was too late for treatment. When Cassie got breast cancer in her thirties, it changed the way she saw herself. Her career began in radio and TV presentation; punctuated by some notable voiceover work and more recently the publication of her first book! A survivor of breast cancer, she believes in hope, a good laugh and the occasional glass of wine.
